Parents and visitors are reminded to make an appointment to meet with any member of staff. Kindly follow the channels of communication stated below:
- For class related matters (academic / behaviour concerns) – ask for the Class Teacher
- For Grade related matters – ask for the Grade Head
- For Phase related matters – ask for the Departmental Head
- For Uniform or Admissions ask for Mrs Isaacs or you may email adminoffice@woodbridgeprimary.co.za
- For Financial related matters – ask for Mrs Greig or you may email finance@woodbridgeprimary.co.za
- The Finance office is open from 07:30 – 15:00, Monday to Thursday and till 14:30 on a Friday.
Alternatively, you may email the school – secretary@woodbridgeprimary.co.za clearly stating the matter you wish to discuss, and the appropriate staff member will contact you.
