Additional Information for BOYS
- Learners are allowed to wear the Official WPS P.E kit on the day they have Physical Education
- Alternatively, they may wear their full school uniform and get changed at break
- Boys are allowed to wear a Fez or Yarmulke – navy blue, plain white or black (no silver/ gold-trim /tassles / embroidery)
- Boys are only allowed to wear a wrist watch and a medic-alert bracelet
- Boys are not allowed to wear earrings, or substitutes to keep holes open, rings and bracelets All clothing should be clearly marked with the learner’s name and surname
Additional Information for GIRLS
- Learners are allowed to wear the Official WPS P.E kit on the day they have Physical Education

- Girls may wear navy blue, plain white and plain black headscarves (no silver /gold trim /tassles)

- Girls are only allowed to wear plain gold or silver small round studs or small ring-type sleepers – only one pair may be worn
- Girls are not allowed to wear more than one pair of earrings or substitutes to keep more than one hole open, rings and bracelets

BOYS HAIR CODE
[Note: Applies to braided as well as un-braided hair]
- neat, school boy’s haircut (haircut must not draw undue attention to oneself)
- should not touch the ears and extend beyond the collar of the school shirt
- fringes may not extend beyond the level of the eyebrows
- shortest close cut should be a no. 2 cut
- hair extensions are the same colour as natural hair
The following is not allowed:
- spiking of hair with gel
- uneven cutting – shaving of lines/patterns
- steps cut; shaved sides and long on top; Mohawk style; tails
- sideburns beyond the midpoint of the ear
- artificial colouring of hair
